Can't override storage-validation/orm.xml

Issue similar to #1150

I can't add new unique constraint with validation message (AttributeOverride doesn't seem to doument any way to add validation message for uniqueness).

I don't know where to place the replacement orm.xml file OR how to configure the mapping in app config.

Please direct me to the adequate documentation.
