Need a way to remove and/or deactivate external login providers

I'd like to be able to click a delete button on the external authentication provider screen so that we can remove credentials for an authentication provider. I'd also like an ability to disable an authentication provider that will remove it from being used for logins temporarily and we'll be able to re enable it at some point in the future
