Add an optional 'approved' column to moderator view #551
Description
On this additional view of moderation content, add a 1-card wide column on the left side that is separate from the main layout and shows the most recent approved messages. When a message is approved in the middle, we can even animate the card moving from the main display area to the top of the approved message column
