Portal website isn't opening

Describe the bug
When I go to checkpoint 1 it when I chose portal it says err_invaild_url

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to checkpoint 1
   2.click ok, ok, ok yes than portal
2. See error
   Expected behavior
   I expected for it to bring me to a webpage that had a bunch of options for a iPA files that was signed with a revoked certificate
