Why not just install them all?

Should I or should I NOT install all of the patches? I will not if not but what is their any reason I should not? ant they suppose to make the experience better?

You're going to have one hell of a time dealing with all the conflicts and bugs that result from it :)

Why don't you bother reading the README in each folder. They explain what each patch is for, and you'll see that 99% of them are for VERY specific use-cases that won't apply to you, and many of them conflict with one another.

README:s are there, in all caps, for a reason.
