Precision Timing. Possible?

Is it possible to use precision timing? I've noticed both profanity filters I've tried thus far mutes the entire line... And I've tried editing another one before "Stream Clean", but the extension was corrupted so I'm unable to properly test it.... never the less here it is:

Thing is I'm new to coding... quite honestly I pester the crap out of AI until it gives me decent stuff and through this methos I've been learning things too... But mostly I've become more acquainted with HLSL or more accurately reshade's ".fx" files. So yeah I wish I understood code better, but each new language of code is almost literally like trying to learn a new language.
Howbeit, I would love to aid in development of This one in particular goal, but you would have to atleast show me how to go about being able to edit the JavaScript files without corrupting the extension itself... because isn't it true to say that the extension calls the main part of itself from the Chrome Store? And therefore I do not have full access to all files? I would just build it out, but I still suck at that pretty bad too, only method I know thus far is if I can click the build batch tab in VisualStudio... so yeah.. I would atleast like to test implementing precision timing until I got it right, and I could care less about credit, I just want that ability within the extension.
