License question: SenseVoiceSmall CoreML + open-source app integration

Hi, I converted SenseVoiceSmall to CoreML and wrote a PR to integrate it into an open-source macOS app Hex. Before merging, I realized the model license is unclear to me.

Is it OK to use the model in an open-source app?
