Password reset issues

On the login-page, when entering the account's mail address, then clicking "Kennwort vergessen", a mail shortly after reset arrives with a password and a reset link.
But nor that password is accepted, neither the reset link works.
edit: after third try, in between hours, at least the reset link seemed to work now, as i could change my password and finally log in again.
