Add a Gallery Menu to the game

Ever since we've gotten visualizers from the erect mode sampler I wanted to find a way to put them in the game.

There can be a dedicated "Gallery" menu to listen to the soundtrack without gameplay and look at the sick visualizers if you choose too. you wouldn't only have the ability to listen to the game's soundtrack this is where screenshots could also be in the menu since you have the ability to snap screenshots but there doesn't seem to be a place to view them in game and to have the ability to save replays like issue #3117 suggested.

What could you do in the music portion of the gallery menu?
Create playlists, like songs, have the ability to turn vocals on or off, swap vocals for certain songs, change the gallery theme coloring, etc.

Each song would be separated in the appropriate albums and the songs can be organized by certain categories like storymode, character mixes, and others.

I'm not sure how easy it would be to code all this in but I think it's a fun and neat idea.
