Enhancement: Colored Pixel Hold Note Covers

What is your suggestion, and why should it be implemented?

Well, i tried to give colored outline to the Pixel Hold Splashes present on Week 6 for my Psych Engine build
Unfortunately tho, idk how to edit XML Coordenates, and some frames have stray pixels present in other frames
So like, anyone wants to make better versions of these?
No stray pixels or anything like that

These files use the same xml as the original Pixel Note Splash, it's just a matter of generating a copy for each one of these
Idk if these splashes have a fla file tho
