Is there a reason for this to happen?

So I play FNF using a scroll speed mod, since the original scroll speed for the charts are a little too dense. But there is this problem that has been affecting my gameplay. Specifically, when there are jacks in the charting my input reads the notes too early when I click at just the right moment, and this has happened ever since 0.6.3. Is there any reason for it? If so, hopefully there will be a fix, since I use high scroll speed.

This applies to the following songs (for me atleast)

• Roses Erect (Night)
• Pico Erect (Night)
• Spookeez (Normal and Hard)

I believe it's the same problem described in either #5018 or #5135. No one has really investigated it further yet.
