We will probably need more information on your general project setup. However, I've seen this issue in the past when attempting to generate a build using IL2CPP.

In the past I've needed to export the Unity project to Android Studio and import the missing ARM64 library. Here's a link to a working ARM64 library.

I'm getting this error as well. Tried using Unity 2019, and Unity 2018. Didn't compile with IL2CPP. If you've gotten it to work with the ARM64 lib, how would you import it to Android Studio? I know how to export a project, I'm just not as familiar with using Android Studio.
Edit: I should also mentioned when I say "Tried using Unity 2019 and Unity 2018" those were clean installs of the project, without changing the project settings.

I think I found a solution to this, sort of.
I stumbled across this, and renaming all references of libpocketsphinxwrap to pocketsphinxwrap removed the error:

However, it still doesn't actually recognize anything or do much at all when I run the test scene. I modified the example script to listen for a touch instead of pressing the spacebar. I can't get the basic example to recognize "this is a test".
Even stranger, when I first downloaded and ran the scene in the editor, it would actually work. Then, after trying these changes, and then reverting them back to see if the original would work, now it won't even run in the editor.
I'm beyond confused.
