Allow a Simple Theme to customize page favicons

Problem

Using a simple theme, event with branding turned off (the footer option under misc config), the favicon still shows the FusionAuth Brand. This should be modifiable.

Solution

Allow the customer to adjust the favicon of the webpage. One favicon per simple theme should be plenty.
