Enhancement request - Option for cling to appear in the dock

Hello, I would prefer cling to appear in the dock instead of opening it with Command + /

Alternatively having it appear in the menu bar at the top of the screen would also be nice.

I often forget its running or that I have it installed.

I am hoping that this could be an optional toggle. This is my preferred workflow. With that said, the current 'seamless' implementation is very cool.
