Build and test for Linux/ARM64

Description

For aarch64 platform, I have built "Tiffin" from source.

Steps

Following steps were used for the building and installation:

$ git clone https://github.com/FyraLabs/tiffin.git 

$ cd tiffin/ 

$ git checkout v0.3.1 

$ cargo build –release 

$ sudo cargo test -- --ignored 

Outcome

All tests passed.
