@mndudek I'm having the same problem. The author's Wiki states, "If you get this when trying to use gyb --email [address] --action restore-mbox --local-folder [folder] then try delete your local folder first." This advice makes ZERO sense to me as my understanding is that the "local folder," in this case, would be the location where the files to restore from reside. Deleting this folder would delete my mbox file and if I were to move my mbox file elsewhere to avoid deleting it, what then would be considered my "local folder" at that point? Fearing I may be missing something, I checked to see if there was a special "delete" switch for use with the gyb command that would apply magic pixie dust to the situation, but that doesn't appear to be the case. @jay0lee Could you explain what you meant regarding deleting the local folder first or possibly offer additional guidance? |

I had this same issue - turns out you just want to delete any SQLite file that's in the local-folder. |

Using this command-line:
gyb --email destination@email.address --action restore-mbox --local-folder "C:\Path\to\mbox\folder" --label-restored "eSolRestored"
It said "Restoring from 4.07gb file C:\Path\to\mbox\folder\All mail Including Spam and Trash.mbox..." but restored only one email item and then failed with this message below. What is the fix, what could be wrong? The MBOX file was created by the Google Takeout of a different Gmail account, and I'm trying to restore them to another, different Gmail account.
