Add plugin and color revision to the website

The site will need some slightly bigger changes after #51 and #49:

• A new plugin specific page with a how-to video and usage info
• Revision of the foundation page for the new color palette and theming options (colors and text styles)
• Revised header on the home page around themes
• Feature the plugin on the home page

Just pushed out an update to the site with revised theming. I removed the foundation page, since it does not work that well with the new system. In its place, I'd like to add a page with how-to videos and text.
