Short timeout leads to endless scanning or uncaught error

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up Nextcloud with G DATA Antivirus app installed and ready to scan
2. Set timeout in app settings to 1 (not necessary, but disable Cache and Hash lookup - helps to trigger this error)
3. Manual scan a file >5MB
4. Endless file action and weird errors in logs

Expected

1. Set up Nextcloud with G DATA Antivirus app installed and ready to scan
2. Set timeout in app settings to 1 (not necessary, but disable Cache and Hash lookup - helps to trigger this error)
3. Manual scan a file >5MB
4. After 1s there is a Scan action timed out error dialog

The timeout itself works, but the resulting error pattern is not a good user experience for end users.

This is not caused by this app but a direct cause of this existing issue
