Display component versions and updates to admins #111

What would you like?
As an administrator of an Aurora deployment, I would like to be able to see the current version numbers of the core, backoffice, and client displayed within the backoffice. Additionally, it would be helpful to indicate whether a newer version is available for any of these components.
Similar functionality from other software suites (pi-hole):
Why is this needed?
Aurora is now being deployed outside of GEWIS, and these external deployments may not be directly involved in the active development process. This makes it easy for them to miss when new versions are released or when important updates become available. By surfacing version information and update availability of the different components directly in the backoffice, we can help administrators stay informed and maintain their systems more effectively.
