[Refactor]: Move away from react-helmet

### What would you like?

React helmet is not actively maintained anymore, see https://redirect.github.com/nfl/react-helmet/issues/717 
I think ideally we see if we can replace it with the native behavior of react 19, otherwise see if we can use something else.

### Why is this needed?

react-helmet does not support react 19 (while it still works)
