Report form errors when finalising prospective membership #461
Description
Current behaviour
If (for some reason) a database change was made on a prospective member and this breaks the subsequent form validation when finalising the membership this is not apparent to the approver.
Desired behaviour
Form errors should be shown.
Steps to reproduce
- Sign-up as prospective member
- Change an attribute on the prospective member (in database) such that it will fail form validation
- Observe membership not finalised and no form error shown
