Add companies to Career menu #2069

What would you like?
Add a separate Companies link to the Career menu above the (potential) vacancies.
Why is this needed?
If there are no active vacancies, but there are companies, they should still be accessible.
Other information
This also follows from a change in how the navbar works with Bootstrap 5. Because open-on-hover is gone, it is no longer possible to go directly to the companies (as on the current website).
