What would you like?
It should be possible for admins to enable and/or schedule maintenance mode(s). I foresee two different modes: full maintenance and partial maintenance (read-only).
Why is this needed?
A lot of things are handled automatically at application startup (e.g. migrations and asset compilation); however, sometimes we need to do a bit more.
