[Proposal] GeoNode compatibility to show RDLS

Proposal: Determine guidance or develop functionality in GeoNode to support entry and display of RDLS

What is the context or reason for the change?

Currently as users of GeoNode, and creators of data on GeoNode, we struggle to add RDLS metadata.

• Advanced metadata editor in GeoNode doesn't accpt RDLS as a standard
• Users can't attach an RDLS json file as an asset or metadata file.
• Only way is to zip a json file together with geospatial data, and attach as assets, but those metadata don't show on the data page and are dpulicate of the main data / possibly attach geojson to a map, containing RDLS metadata.

Why is this not covered by the existing model?

GeoNode compatibility has been desirable but not executed/funded previously

What is your proposed change?

• RDLS compatible metadata upload option, accepted for datasets in GeoNode by default.
• Display of RDLS metadata fields in GeoNode dataset pages where RDLS metadata has been added.
• Create mapping function of Geonode metadata (which is subsection of DC/ISO) to RDLS metadata
