Final check on alignment between 1.0-dev and 0.3-dev schemas

Once all schema change PRs are merged into 1.0-dev, we should do a final check against the 0.3-dev schema to make sure nothing was missed. Some discrepancies are expected, as we have agreed to different approaches to what was implemented in 0.3-dev for some issues, so this will require a careful review.

@matamadio I compared the 1.0-dev and 0.3-dev schemas and, apart from some minor discrepancies in validation keywords, the only unexpected difference was in the dataset-level project field, which should've been updated as part of #274. I've reopened that issue, and I'll prepare a PR to fix that omission, along with the minor discrepancies.

In case you would also like to check for any differences, I've attached the two schema files that I used for comparison:

• rdls_schema_processed-0.3-dev.json
• rdls_schema_processed-1.0-dev.json

The schema files are dereferenced and 'composed' (allOfs converted to straight properties) to aid comparison.

I used https://jsondiff.com/ to do a semantic comparison, rather than a line-by-line diff. There are ~300 differences but most of them are expected and repetitive (changes to Hazard modelling across all components, changes to unit and quantity kind modelling across all components etc.) so it's quicker to review than it looks.
