Review of EQ layer: includes intensity_measure, some layer like:

"magnitude_radius_probability" has detailed information: Title: Probability of Exceedance (0–1), Metric: PoE, Unit: -, Description: Probability in a defined time span (e.g., 1/50/100 yrs). The proper intensity measure for this will be POE:-.

Consider adding SA:g and POE:- to https://docs.riskdatalibrary.org/en/latest/reference/codelists/#IMT

@stufraser1, agree that POE is a measure of frequency. But sometimes variables provided by some hazard data contain this type of value. Example: Earthquake Hazard map from EFEHR has a variable "magnitude_radius_probability", Wildfires from EFFIS have variables whose value range from 0-1, 0-100% and number of days. I am sure this range of values is commonly used by exposure or vulnerability variables, too. How will we accommodate this?
