STM32_BLINKY_DEMO no longer builds

I was unable to build the Blinky demo following the instructions. It couldn't find any of the dependencies.

It seems the dependencies are no longer part of the GAP Alire Index. For now, you can resolve this issue by using the following commands so that the project points to the dependencies directly:

For STM32F429disco:

alr with --use "https://github.com/GNAT-Academic-Program/stm32_hal.git"
alr with --use "https://github.com/GNAT-Academic-Program/stm32f429disco.git"

For STM32F746disco:

alr with --use "https://github.com/GNAT-Academic-Program/stm32_hal.git"
alr with --use "https://github.com/GNAT-Academic-Program/stm32f746disco.git"
