Description
GPL2 only (not GPL2+) is incompatible with GPL3, therefore it matters greately whether a GPL2 package is under only GPL2 or GPL2 or any later. So back to reading a bunch of copyright notices change append a = to all GPL (of any version) packages that do not offer using a newer version. I love having grep and head at my disposal for tasks like this.
