docs: Validation Warnings

It happens when VK_KHR_dedicated_allocation extension is enabled. vkGetBufferMemoryRequirements2KHR function is used instead, while validation layer seems to be unaware of it.

I REALLY hope this is not an issue anymore, this seems like an old issue that VVL should have resolved years ago

Mapping an image with layout VK_IMAGE_LAYOUT_DEPTH_STENCIL_ATTACHMENT_OPTIMAL can result in undefined behavior if this memory is used by the device. Only GENERAL or PREINITIALIZED should be used.

Also can't find where in the VVL code this would report a warning
