Description
When creating a vulkan 1.3 device with the device extension VK_EXT_host_image_copy and setting VkPhysicalDeviceHostImageCopyFeaturesEXT::hostImageCopy to true, RDP disconnects from the process and leaves it hanging within device creation.

Steps to Reproduce
Within a programm using vulkan, create an instance, then create a device with the host image copy extension. This is reproducable by modifying any vulkan program i tested so far.
