Execution marker information missing ing RGD dump (Win10 Professional)

Hi,
I'm facing a driver TDR in my vulkan app and trying to debug using GPU detective tool. My app messes up somehow and crashes the AMD driver (screen freezes for few seconds, goes blank, driver resuscitates itself).
I'm able to generate an RGD file after the crash but it says "execution
marker information missing"

On this page they mention a way by editing the registry but it doesn't seem to work for Vulkan.
Is there any other way I can generate a clean RGP?

Update : I realized I was using an older version of RGD. With the latest version it doesn't even capture any dump. I get "App exited successfully without crashing" message under 'Status'

Update : The AMD tool didn't work, but with latest vulkan SDK (which has introduced crash diagnostic layer) and breadcrumb markers I was able to figure the crash occurs due to long wait time at a memory-buffer vkCmdPipelineBarrier.
