Hey guys, awesome project! Just wanted to let you know the Form example doesn't work. The <form> is posting to /fill instead of /pdf-filler/fill. I'd have submitted a pull request, but it seems that even changing the url doesn't fix it: an Internal Server Error is thrown at /pdf-filler/fill.
