Repeated notifications every time phone screen turns on

Describe the bug

Description: Whenever I turn on / unlock my phone, GSConnect sends the same notifications again, even though they were already shown before.

This results in duplicated notifications on the desktop each time the phone screen is turned on.

Steps to reproduce

Connect phone to GSConnect (KDE Connect protocol)

Receive a notification on the phone

Lock the phone

Turn on / unlock the phone

The same notification appears again on the desktop

Expected behavior

Notifications should be shown only once, not re-sent every time the phone screen turns on.
