[SOLVED] Two "Send to Phone" entries in Nautilus context menu

Describe the bug

I have 2 entries for "Send to PhoneName" in the Nautilus context menu. Both work fine though. It is just that it is redundant (an annoying sometimes)

I have the same issue since Fedora 42 on both desktop and laptop. Fresh install of Fedora 43 on both has the same issue as well.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install gsconnect (OS or Ext Manager) and then nautilus-gsconnect (OS package only)
2. Right-click a file in Nautilus

Expected behavior

Should be only 1 entry in the context menu.

I tried installing GSConnect extension through OS package and Extension Manager both, but the nautilus-gsconnect was only through the OS package.

Never mind. I found the solution in an old bug report.

PROBLEM:

You are only supposed to install one GSConnect. The thing is that I installed gsconnect through Extension Manager. Fine. But for the Nautilus extension, you had to go for OS package: "sudo dnf nautilus-gsconnect" since it is not available otherwise (afaik).

This Nautilus extension, again, installs the OS package version of gsconnect as a dependency. So you end up with two gsconnects.

SOLUTION:
Remove the one installed via the Extension Manager, and then the other one would show in the very Extension Manager under "System Extensions".
