Map is hard to zoom in/out in high framerates #15
Description
Can't test this on III or VC, but I can confirm it happens on SA.
I don't have an video example, it should be relatively easy to test this yourself, try it with your framerate locked, you'll see zooming in/out is relatively easy, but once you unlock your framerate, you'll see it being really hard to zoom in/out, and it's really annoying, I almost never use the map to tag any place because of this.
It would be a really nice thing to add a patch to, if possible!
