Bug Report
I have fluid in a sticky carded cell with a drive set to priority 0, and fluid in a super tank with a fluid storage bus with a priority of 1000, as a final reserve/primary producer, to use when fluid in the cell disappears. Without fail, it will take fluid from the super tank first. I understand that sticky cards only allow items/fluids entering the system to only go to that location, but I wouldn't think it should have any impact on fluids/items being extracted from the network. I've reproduced this in a single player world as well with an extremely basic setup of an ME chest, super tank + storage bus, and a fluid export bus. It'll always drain the super tank first, even with it set to the highest priority possible. I've seen #889 but I'm not familiar enough with the source code to know if that also fixes this issue.
I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug or me misunderstanding how sticky cards work (or even already fixed in a later version), but I thought I'd report it anyway.
