New weather source: RMI

Hi @Gabboxl,

I don't know if new weather sources are considered, seeing that FluentWeather's development has slowed quite a bit since 2024.
But I would like to suggest a new source that will provide accurate weather data for three European countries.

The Royal Meteorological Institute of Belgium (RMI) provides various weather data for countries: Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

• Detailed forecast in text (French/Dutch only)

Warnings

• Storm
• Fog
• Black ice

Hi, I'm not considering adding multiple weather sources. Currently, the app's structure is not really generic, so it would need a lot of work to make it adapt to different feature sets of different weather providers. Unfortunately this is work that I can't do alone right now. I will close the issue for now
