Added Simulation (#9)

* Added Simulation

1) Changed "Defualt Configuration.txt" to be "5 Card Poker Test.txt" in
terms of content.

2) Reran all test input files and input to allign with various updates
in a few places.

3) Made tweaks to correct various errors.

4) added functionality to place holder Simulation.java.

* Minor tweaks.

Only change worth mentioning is that the extension of decklists has
changed from "decklist.txt" to "decklist".

* Applied Feedback

Mainly correct spelling mistakes.

However also made major improvements to both Simulation.reset_hand and
Deck_Card.deep_copy, which has also lead to a drastic improvement in
speed.

* Forgot to change a long to int.

* typos
