Issues with building the project

Due to target framework going out of support and vast changes in Helix Toolkit since the project was created, it became somewhat difficult to build and run the project.
I will create a pull request for some adaptations that make building a bit easier. I did not go into adapting code to the recent version of Helix Toolkit, just made building with a matching version smoother.

These issues will be resolved by pull requests #8 and #9. Updates in these pull requests solve building issues, but the project still uses an old version of Helix Toolkit from 2017. After pull requests #8 and #9 are merged, I will create another pull request that modernizes the project to work with the latest versions of Helix Toolkit and target .NET 8, .NET 10, and .NET Framework 4.8.

Remark - Build Issues Solved in a Clone

Build issues are solved in the following clone of the project:
https://github.com/ajgorhoe/RobotArmHelix_ManualClone

This clone can be used until fixes from the above mentioned pull requests #8 and #9 are merged. You can just clone the repository, open the solution in Visual Studio, and build & run. It works with .NET 10, .NET 8, and .NET Framework 4.8.
