Drunk Driver Detection

@Gagandeep-2003 I have a new suggestion to add which is detection of drunk driver which can be the sign of drowsiness in driver.

a. Head Movement Patterns
Frequent head tilts, side-to-side swaying, or nodding can signal alcohol influence.
b. Facial Behavior
Delayed or unresponsive blinking, red eyes, droopy eyelids.

Detection Enhancements:
Head Movement Patterns

Track frequent head tilts, side-to-side sways, and nodding behavior

Use facial landmarks or pose estimation via OpenCV to monitor real-time head orientation

Facial Behavior Indicators

Detect red eyes, droopy eyelids, and inconsistent blinking

Extend existing eye detection module with features to monitor blink delays and eyelid positions
