Feature request - please make google dependency manager optional

I am not making android/ios builds and therefore forcing Google Dependency Manager and that also ofrcing installing IOS build support creates an overhead in my projects which are quite annoying. If it is feasable and you'd update it in he near future, I would highly appreciate it. Thank you!
