refactor: remove unused tests

- Removed the following files:
  - `tests/tests_defaultcfg/defaultcfg_0.txt`
  - `tests/tests_defaultcfg/defaultcfg_1.txt`
  - `tests/tests_defaultcfg/tests_defaultcfg.sh`
  - `tests/tests_fctrserver.sh`

These files were no longer needed and have been deleted.
