The Server wasn't to start :(

And this is coming by the Installation:

Warning! Missing dependencies: bsdmainutils lib32gcc-s1 lib32stdc++6 libsdl2-2.0-0:i386 steamcmd
Warning! pwserver does not have sudo access. Manually install dependencies or run ./pwserver install as root.
Run: 'sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386; sudo apt update; sudo apt install bsdmainutils lib32gcc-s1 lib32stdc++6 libsdl2-2.0-0:i386 steamcmd' as root to install missing dependencies.
Failure! Missing dependencies required to run SteamCMD.

This is coming by entering the Run: sudo dpkg ..... in the Fail Alert up this:

E: Für Paket »netcat« existiert kein Installationskandidat.

Already Done. The pwserver has no permission in my Root Sudo Access Config.
Command: visudo
Change: root ALL=(ALL) ALL
To: [Profilename] ALL=(ALL) ALL
