[Bug]: Stopping CS 1.6 Server sends Discord Alert two times

As a User I want to receive a notification when a CS 1.6 Server is stopped, but notification get sent two times

Stopping CS 1.6 Server triggers the Discord Notification two times two be send. One time with termbin Link and the second time without.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install CS1.6 Dedicated Server
2. Enable Discord Webhook Notifications and enable Forther Information
3. Stop Server
