Euro Truck Simulator 2 not working

I am attempting create an ETS2 server using Docker on my Synology NAS. However, when I start the container, it displays "unable to start linuxGSM." I have correctly opened ports 27015 and 27016, and I can start ETS2 manually with SteamCMD without any issues with an ubuntu 24.04 container.
I have no issues writing in /data folder.

Same issue on my side
./ets2server debug gives this output:
./eurotrucks2_server: error while loading shared libraries: libatomic.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
