Official GM4 resource pack breaks text for guidebook and certain item models #1246

Describe the bug
It makes it much harder to use the guidebook as all the buttons are just white rectangles (Like this: "[]").
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Apply official GM4 resource pack
- Open guidebook
- Click any particular section of the guidebook (Apple Trees, for example)
- Text is broken
Expected behavior
The icons/characters should display, rather than being white rectangles.
Fix
I'm not particularly familiar with this, so I wouldn't be able to provide an actual fix.

Environment
- Minecraft version: 1.21.11 (But this also happens in 1.21.10, potentially lower versions as well)
- Server version: I'm not using a server (Unless this means something else).
- Installed Datapacks: There's a lot in these screenshots, but this happens even with only GM4 datapacks.
- Installed Mods: None.
Additional context
I had previously tried using this in a modded environment, but made another instance entirely without mods to see if that was the cause. It was not.
