[Bug]: Do not start the app as root right away

This would fix a lot of problems related to how Nix handles paths, libraries and different things (especially on virtual machines).
Moreover, it seems recommended not to launch GTK apps as root (thus, why GParted is doing this ? I don't know).

For more precision, it would essentially fix the following things:

• app not following user appearance settings and dark theme
• app not starting on VM due to library loading

This needs a rewrite of how the app handles root privileges.
