UI Bug: Footer Overlapping Login Section

Issue Description

In the login page, the footer is covering the entire page, making the login section inaccessible. The footer links are aligned vertically, causing it to expand excessively.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the login page.
2. Observe that the footer overlaps the entire page.
3. The login form is not visible or accessible.

Expected Behavior:

• Footer should be properly positioned at the bottom of the page with all list items aligned.
• Login section should be visible and accessible.
