Improving the navbar.

The navbar has a few issues.

1. The logo can be shrunk to get the navbar in a single line removing all the unnecessary spaces.
2. The padding can be removed.
3. The color of the text can be changed to make it easily readable.

I'd like to work on this issue and improve the navbar. Please assign this to me so i can start creating the PRs.
