Support older firmwares and other QoL improvemnts

As the title says.
Most working but unusable WiiUs are stuck in some older firmware with something like a not-working gamepad and/or stuck on the setup menu.
It should now be possible to test this exploit with de_fuse on a downgraded fw and implement the necessary changes.

Also various recovery options could be useful, like more advanced or low level ways to read and write on the nand, or stuff like this handy new feature on this fork.

This is exactly my issue, the wii U is on a older firmware and stuck on "Wii U" booting screen and udpih doesn't work...
